CEO - Ryan Flett
As the CEO of our grading company, I oversee the office and administrative side of operations, ensuring that every estimate, proposal, and project negotiation is handled with accuracy, transparency, and integrity. From early budgeting to final contract execution, I work closely with clients to deliver clear communication, competitive pricing, and confidence throughout the entire pre-construction process.
My career in site construction began when I was a teenager, and over the past two decades I’ve gained a deep understanding of what it takes to successfully plan, coordinate, and deliver grading and sitework projects. This foundation allows me to bridge the gap between field requirements and business strategy, making sure our clients receive both exceptional service and dependable results.
President - Matt Francis
As President of our grading company, he brings a deep, hands-on understanding of sitework that comes from growing up in the industry. Starting in the field as a teenager and now with over two decades of experience, he has built his career through hard work, technical skill, and a commitment to doing the job right the first time.
He oversees all field operations, ensuring every project is executed with precision, safety, and efficiency. His leadership style is grounded in teamwork and clear communication, and he’s known for his ability to solve problems quickly while keeping crews focused and motivated. From managing equipment and personnel to coordinating complex schedules, he keeps daily operations running smoothly and consistently delivers high-quality results.
